Thanks for visiting the Lee University Student Leadership Council website. The SLC is the student government organization at Lee University. We exist to serve the Lee University campus through providing holistic student development. We do this through providing leadership development, service opportunities, and engaging campus events.

The SLC is comprised of students who serve voluntarily on standing committees in order to put on campus events and engage in community as we strive to develop each other as student leaders.

The SLC takes as our mandate Micah 6:8b,

“And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly, and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”

We hold to a philosophy of servant leadership, and seek to equip students to critically engage the culture and serve the needs of our community.
